At the EXPO fair, visitors will have the opportunity to meet a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers to the kitchen and restaurant industry. Local and national players will be showcased in booths, in our food court and in the bar.
This collaboration extends not only from the Trøndelag region, but also from other robust food regions in Norway, both domestically and in export contexts. This will be complemented by equipment suppliers offering innovative products and solutions for the industry.
Our food court will have two themes represented by our national partners - with a focus on seafood on one side and poultry on the other. Guest appearances by renowned chefs are also planned for this area.
