Elvesvingen Restaurant
open from 10.00-19.00

In Elvesvingen restaurant, Trondheim Catering offers lunch, dinner or oysters and caviar bar during the days. Here you can pre-order a 3-course lunch and dinner for kr. 690 per person or just stop by for oysters and champagne. For lunch service, there will be 2 seatings at 11:00 and 13:00 respectively. Dinner service at 17.00. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy a unique taste experience.

From the delicate Norwegian cod, the magical scallops from Frøya, to the characteristic stockfish from Halvors in Tromsø, followed by reindeer from wild nature in taste combination with aquavit. Nomad Foodlab
open from 13.00-15.00

All the way from Kautokeino comes the Nomad Foodlab. An 11 meter high lavvo that also serves as a professional kitchen: the world's first and only nomadic Bocuse kitchen.

The chefs from NOMAD Indigenous FoodLab will serve food with special delicacies from the pristine Arctic environment based on reindeer meat and berries, prepared in line with our 10,000-year-old culinary traditions.

The food will be served on simple traditional seating in the outdoor lavvo, so bring good shoes and warm jackets.

You can pre-book lunch at the following times on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 March;

- First seating at 11.30 (fully booked)
- Second seating at 13.00

Foodcourt in EXPO open from 09.00-17.00

In connection with a separate exhibition called EXPO, where producers, suppliers and chefs gather to celebrate gastronomy in its most refined form, there will also be a separate eatery where you can enjoy good food and drink.

Trondheim Catering, together with our partners Lerøy Seafood and Norsk Kylling, will present various tastings.

It will not be possible to make advance reservations, but you can buy a meal when it suits you
