Norway seafood festival

Experience the Norway Seafood Festival 2024 in Trondheim from March 15-21, a celebration of Norwegian seafood alongside Bocuse d'Or Europe.

Celebrating the Norwegian team at Tollbua

Bocuse d’Or Norway will host Norgesfest on Wednesday, March 20, after the award ceremony of the competition. Norgesfesten will be held at the playful gourmet bistro Tollbua, which offers local produce and flavors from around the world.

Former silver winner of the Bocuse d'Or in 2017 is one of the owners, Christopher Davidsen, who promises that the food will be genuine and innovative with a clear quality profile. They promise one of the city's best wine cellars with fantastic combinations of food and wine.

This evening they are opening Tollbua exclusively for Norgesfesten, and with over 1000 square meters of space, we can promise you room to party. With 2 cocktail bars, Champagne bar, Wine bar and Beer & Cider bar spread around the venue, everything is in place for a grand celebration.
Of course we hope for victory, but no matter what, the party must be won!
